BootCamp Classes and other classes

GET FIT OUTSIDE WITH OUR SUMMER BOOTCAMP IN TORONTO!

Where: Meeting at Alexander Muir Park (On the East side of Yonge Street, 2 blocks South of Lawrence).

Boot Camp Dates: Tuesday July 3rd and Thursday July 5th to Aug 21st and Aug 23rd

Time: 6:30pm-7:30pm

How Much: 8 week session (1 class/wk) is $96 + hst.  Drop-in is $15/class.

Join us for a high intensity outdoor Bootcamp class in Toronto.   The classes will consist of intervals of cardio mixed with conditioning using equipment from around the park and resistance tubing.

The classes will run for eight weeks starting Tuesday July 3rd and Thursday July 5th to Aug 21st and Aug 23rd. The Tuesday session will be taught by Lauren Shuster and the Thursday session will be taught by Andrea Gilbert-Clark.  Sign up for one or both sessions.  The cost per 8 week session (1 class/wk) is $96 + hst.  Drop-in is $15/class.  Participants are allowed to make up a missed class on the other day of the week.  Classes runs shine or drizzle.

Other Classes:

DiscoFit: a high energy dance cardio and conditioning class offered Mondays at 6:30pm at Fairlawn Neighbourhood Centre (www.fairlawnneighbourhoodcentre.com). Located near Yonge and Lawrence

Stretch and Strength: A moderate Yoga, Pilates and Core fusion class offered Mondays at 7:45pm at Fairlawn Neighbourhood Centre (www.fairlawnneighbourhoodcentre.com)
