Triple Training Classes

Triple Training Class: This class combines cardio, training and core training segments to give you a full body blast! We begin our class with a warm-up section to release tight muscles and loosen joints. The class then continues with hi/lo cardio intervals and resistance training using weights, balls and bands. The last fifteen minutes involve pilates based core-training and cooldown. This class is suited to all levels.
