Gentle and Senior Fitness Classes

Gentle Fitness involves a combination of resistance training, core strengthening and cardio to allow the older adult improve their muscle strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health while raising their energy level and preventing injury. These classes are safe for those individuals with osteoporosis
