We offer virtual workshops to help you and your staff live healthier lives. The ‘ELDOA FOR BACK PAIN’ workshop is an introduction to the ELDOA METHOD exercises which target different levels of the spine to correct posture, build core strength and minimize back pain. The ‘Workplace Wellness’ workshop will help your staff learn proper desk and standing posture and find ways to reduce stress so that they can be happier and more productive employees
